Exchanges or returns for store credit on unopened and unused hair may be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

For approved returns for store credit or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Products must be returned in original condition, unopened, unused, and unaltered to qualify.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened, used, worn, altered, or tampered hair products are not eligible for return or exchange.
