Refund / Exchange Policy
At Style Lux Extensions, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of hair extension products, all refund and exchange requests are reviewed in accordance with the policy below.
Returns for Store Credit
Exchanges or returns for store credit on unopened, unused hair may be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Products must be returned in original packaging and in unused, unaltered condition to be eligible.
Exchanges
If your item qualifies for exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, exchange options or store credit will be issued as applicable.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange:
- Opened products
- Used or worn hair extensions
- Altered, colored, washed, or customized products
- Final sale items
- Products returned outside the approved return window
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact our team promptly with your order number and photos, where applicable so we can review and assist.
Processing Time
Approved exchanges or store credit requests may require processing time after the returned item is received and inspected.
Policy Updates
Style Lux Extensions reserves the right to update this Refund / Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
