Where is our hair sourced from and how is it processed?
Style Lux Wefts are sourced directly from communities in Southwestern China, where the hair is directly cut from the ponytail, ensuring our hair is 100% remy human hair, and all the cuticles align in the same direction. Our manufacturer uses gentle, chemical-free coloring to hue the wefts to the perfect match. The lowlights and highlights are done by hand by our manufacturer to give our wefts a dimensional look.
How long will the hair last?
Style Lux Wefts are reusable up to three applications with the proper aftercare + maintenance.
Can you color the hair?
Our hair is 100% human hair that can be customized for your client. We recommend depositing only 2-3 levels at most. We do not recommend lightening the hair.
How many packs of hair extensions do I need?
The number of packs needed depends on your client’s natural hair density, desired length, and overall transformation goals. Some clients may only need one full pack for added fullness, while others may require multiple packs for significant length and volume.

How many wefts are needed for a row?

Do I need to be a licensed stylist?
Yes. Pro Accounts are intended for licensed stylists and salon professionals.
How long does approval take?
Most approvals are completed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping & Return Information
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchanges or returns for store credit on unopened, unused hair with the black band attached, within 7 days, and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please open and inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours in the case of damage or defect.
When do expedited orders ship?
Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 12 pm PST, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), in order to ship the same day.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, Style Lux is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including weather, transportation, or other unforeseen circumstances.
When do ground and standard orders ship?
Standard and Economy shipping orders must be placed by 3pm PST Monday–Friday in order to ship the same day.
Aftercare Support
How should I brush my extensions?
Brush gently, starting from the ends and working upward toward the root. Avoid excessive pulling or aggressive brushing.
Can I air-dry my extensions?
Air drying is not suggested. We recommend rough drying wefts 80% with a hair dryer for the smoothest finish.
Can I swim with extensions?
Yes, but with precaution. Before swimming, saturate the hair with fresh water and apply a leave-in conditioner or detangler. Braid the hair or place it in a loose bun to help protect it from tangling.
After swimming, wash and thoroughly dry the hair as soon as possible. Extended exposure to chlorine, salt water, and certain chemical sunscreens may cause dryness or discoloration, particularly in lighter shades.
Can I use purple shampoo?
We do not recommend applying purple shampoo directly to the extensions. Always consult your stylist for toning services.
How should I sleep with extensions?
We recommend sleeping with hair in a low ponytail or braid and never going to bed with wet hair.
