Not your basic brunette. The Night Owl is an expensive, rooted brunette with rich chocolate undertones and subtle dimension. This color can take a basic brunette from flat to full of movement and mystery. You can spot the Night Owl sitting pretty in VIP with the DJ or somehow always getting a table at the city’s most popular restaurant.
Our luxury hand-tied wefts are double-drawn remy hair with the cuticle intact. They require no tape, glue or heat for application. Our wefts are 5 grams more per weft than leading brands. Pieces can be cut on your own without unraveling. Hand-tied wefts can be used to add fullness and length, all while blending seamlessly to your natural hair and sitting comfortably on the scalp.
Please note we cannot guarantee a flawless color match from the thumbnail images alone and we highly recommend purchasing one of our color rings to ensure perfect color match.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?
We offer exchanges or returns for store credit on unopened, unused hair with the black band attached, within 7 days, with a 10% restocking fee. For returns, store credit, + exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours in the case of damage or defect. We will respond to all emails promptly within the hours of 10 am-4 pm M-F.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
It's rare, but occasionally an order will be damaged or defective upon arrival. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours in the case of damage or defect.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
To request a return or exchange for store credit for a hair tool purchased on our website, please email us within 15 days. We will respond to all emails promptly within the hours of 10 am-4 pm, Monday to Friday. For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 12 pm PST, M-F (excluding holidays), in order to ship the same day. Standard & Economy shipping orders must be placed by 4 pm PST M-F, in order to ship the same day.

WHERE IS OUR HAIR SOURCED FROM AND HOW IS IT PROCESSED?
Style Lux Wefts are sourced directly from communities in South Western China where the hair is directly cut from the ponytail, ensuring ourhair is 100% remy human hair, and all the cuticles align in the same direction. Our manufacturer uses gentle, chemical-free coloring to hue thewefts to the perfect match. The lowlights and highlights are done by hand by our manufacturer to give our wefts a dimensional look.
WHAT GRADE IS THE HAIR?
Contrary to belief, there are no specific grades. Our manufacturer sources our hair from direct resources so we can ensure all the hair is of the same quality.
HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
Style Lux Wefts are reusable up to three applications with the proper aftercare + maintenance.
CAN I COLOR STYLE LUX HAIR?
Our hair is 100% human hair that can be customized for your client. We recommend depositing only 2-3 levels at most. We do not recommend lightening the hair.
